During the holiday period, premium delivery options (special and first class) may be temporarily unavailable.

DELIVERY

We offer a free delivery and free returns service on all UK deliveries with no minimum order value.  Order what you like and have it delivered for free and returned at no further cost.

Collect in Store  -  Free

If you live locally to our stores, you can have your order delivered to any one of our stores and collect at your convenience.  We will contact you as soon as your order is ready. Some items may require transfer from other locations.

UK Mainland Orders  -  Free

We deliver free to mainland UK addresses using the Royal Mail 48 hour service. Dispatch is usually within 24 hours of your order (weekdays). Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend are usually dispatched on a Monday. You no longer need to sign for your order and a record is now kept of the delivery by the Post Office.  If your order cannot be delivered it will be saved at your local postal depot.  Some postmen will leave your order in a safe place if this has been requested but we cannot guarantee this service. 

UK Mainland Orders  -  24 Hour Service

If you are in a hurry, our 24 hour delivery service is a reliable way of getting your order delivered the next day.  Dispatch is usually within 24 hours of your order (weekdays). Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend are usually dispatched on a Monday. If you are ordering on a Thursday or Friday, there is a good chance that you will receive your order on a Saturday. You no longer need to sign for your order and a record is now kept of the delivery by the Post Office.  If your order cannot be delivered it will be saved at your local postal depot.  Some postmen will leave your order in a safe place if this has been requested but we cannot guarantee this service. 

UK Mainland Orders  -  Next Day Delivery £9.95

If you choose our next day delivery service, we will prioritise the dispatch of your order.  However, it can still take 24 hours to process your order (weekdays). Whilst this is the Royal Mails fastest service, note that it does not deliver on a Saturday so if you require a fast service and place your order on Thursday or Friday, using the first class option can be cheaper and more likely to deliver on a Saturday.  Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend are usually dispatched on a Monday. Your order is delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.   

We use the Royal Mail service as we believe it to be the most reliable and cost effective postal service for our products.  Our customers say that it consistently delivers within the service standards.  However, at busy times of the year or if you live in a rural area, you may find that it takes slightly longer to deliver than advertised.  If you have any questions please contact us.

European Delivery  -  £8.00

We charge £8 for delivery to addresses in Europe, using Royal Mail tracked Airsure. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours but delivery times vary from country to country.

Worldwide Delivery  -  £12.00

We charge £12 per order for delivery to other addresses across the Globe, using Royal Mail tracked Airsure. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours but delivery times vary from country to country.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

For online orders, simply return your unwanted order within 14 working days from receiving delivery.  You will receive a free returns label with your order.  You can either send your returns directly to us or use any of our stores as a postbox where you will receive a receipt for your package.  We do not refund the cost of premium postal services where you have paid extra for your delivery (e.g. First class, Special Delivery, International).

Once received your return will be processed as soon as possible and a credit raised on the card with which you paid. Please note we cannot raise a return in our stores.  

Your returned order should include all the original packaging, be unworn and in a re-saleable condition. For reasons of hygiene, jewellery is excluded from this policy.  Headwear must have all labels and tags intact.

For purchases in store, we allow seven days from purchase for a full refund or exchange. Sale items purchased in store are not eligible for a refund.
